Good to know for your stay
- Check-in from 3:00 p.m. (early check-in possible depending on availability – please contact us in advance)
- Check-out by 10:00 a.m. (late check-out on request)
- Free cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival. For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the booking amount will be charged. For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- On our website you will always find the daily updated prices with Best Price Guarantee. Prices are flexible and depend on the season, length of stay and current occupancy. In practice this means: the earlier you book, the better the rate!
- The local tourist tax is € 4.00 per person per night. It is not included in the room rate and must be paid separately. Children under 14 years are exempt.
- Dogs are very welcome at our hotel. We charge €15.00 per day for your four-legged friend's stay, excluding food, and €30 for final cleaning for larger dogs.
- Our wellness area is open in March, April and October every day from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. From May to September it opens on days with bad weather.
- We also accept credit cards (except Diners Club). Please check with your bank regarding availability abroad. The hotel bill must be settled at the latest on departure.
